With over 19 years of experience in economic development and tourism, Lori Campbell Tucker has dedicated her career to the growth and revitalization of her community through strategic planning and historic preservation. A passionate advocate for downtown development, Lori has worked tirelessly to strengthen local economies and celebrate the cultural heritage of Northeast Mississippi.
Throughout her career, Lori has served on numerous boards and committees, always seeking collaborative solutions that benefit the broader community. She currently serves on the boards of the Mississippi Hills Heritage Alliance and the Prentiss County Development Association, where her leadership and vision continue to shape regional progress.
Lori’s work has been recognized at the local and state level, earning her the 2016 Mississippi Main Street Director of the Year Award and the 2024 Heart of Main Street Award, honoring her exceptional commitment to Main Street revitalization and community impact.
As native of Baldwyn, with deep roots in Booneville and Prentiss County, Lori is devoted to the people and places that have shaped her life. Her dedication to public service has now led her to a new chapter. She was elected Mayor of The City of Booneville and was inaugurated on July 1, 2025.
Lori has been married to her husband, Gregg, for over 33 years. Together, they have two beautiful daughters (Devin and Maddie), two wonderful son-in-laws (Drew and Mason), and are proud grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren.
